At the moment religious prejudice is worse because that is partly why we are in a war. Some people can become so stuck in their own religion that they think that is the only way and if people don't want to follow than they should be punished. Of course Hitler was prejudice against Jews. So of course I have to say racial prejudice because the Holocaust is almost number one on the top of my list of man made homicidal disaster due to racial prejudice and injustice and punishment.

there are four races the white, red, yellow and black. due to the Culture and Society one is reared in there are many of each race who agree on their Religious Belief Systems yet can not bear to accept those of a different race because of the Culture and Society biases and prejudices with which each have grown up with perhaps due to the family,friends and personal experiences adding to the overall problem of not accepting others different from themselves.

you first go by color and looks decide things like the ones, Indian skihs are mistaken to be asian muslims and there were instances of killings in US after 9/11
12 INdian Hindus mistook to be Muslims and were deported for questioning for nothing just becoz of their skin color in amsterdam (after 10/8 plot in london)

Its official in the west ,who shout for different rights but act differently when it comes to them.
religon comes next only when one wears a religious symbol or is found in some documents or by acts.
conclusion color or race is worse than religion.
