If you only had the choice to go to either Darwin in mid summer or Hobart in mid winter, where would you go?

If you like very humid weather..then Darwin..if you like very cold weather..then Hobart..each are beautiful and cater for touristy things to do in whatever season..Have a good holiday..

Darwin in mid summer - it is easier to get cooler than freeze your a*** off in Hobart.

I love the Top End, but Darwin in summer is very hot and humid. You break into a sweat just blinking.

Fabulous storms and lightning, if you like that sort of thing, and the outside chance of a cyclone.
