how to make an electric bicycle?

What are the parts needed to build an electric bicycle which can give backup of atleat 25 mins? Please can anyone provide me the complete parts list as well as their technical specifications.

Here is great site, I have seen this conversion and it works great, Moves a 250 lb man at 25 miles an hour!!

Well, actually I think that it is no possible to make an electrical bicycle

saw an add on motor once [in a magazine] that mounts on front wheel. good luck
