I have seen 5lb plastic replicas of yellow body fat but only in America and it costs the same again to have it imported. It also comes in 1lb models too.

Plastic replicas? Give them the real thing and let them understand it more completely. Go to the grocery store and get five pounds of lard!

If you want it as visual representation to encourage healthy eating - I would recommend 5lb of ordinary lard. Visually it really does the trick.
