How about going to a general practitioner instead of a specialist. The eye and heart doctors say that you are "ok" within the spectrum of their specialty. Queenie suggested vertigo, and I agree. You may have also fried your adrenals from stress. Start slow exercise, I suggest either Tai Chi, Yoga, or Qui Gong. There is an exercise that will help your adrenals: standing, slowly bend forward, knees slightly bent, take your hands half closed loose fist, and gently tap on your kidneys 10 or 15 times in the morning. This gently relaxes your adrenal glands. You may sit in the sun at least 20 minutes a day to get your proper dose of vitimin D. Be sure to eat proper meals at the correct time. You need to reset your body. Do you know the term "burnout?" It's more common with people in highly stressful jobs -- the Swedes have a problem with it in their workforce...take three months off and rejuvinate your body. Your organs will thank you, and you may recover something that might come to haunt you in your later years if you don't take action while you're young. Best wishes, and congratulations on your scholastic success.

im betting your dizzyness is caused by stress, when your body is under stress for a long period of time you start having all sorts of negative health sensations (trust me i know this from experiance) lightheadedness/dizzyness are one of the major "symptoms" of stress, you may not even feel particularly stressed but your body is reacting to it that way.if your concerned that there may be some real health problem thats causing this then go to a regular doctor and talk to him or her about it. being shut up indoors so much for so long can also cause some anxiety issues, its perfectly normal to feel a little weird when returing to a regual life after having been isolated like that for some time, you get so sucked in to whatever your doing and so used to just being around yourself that social situatuations (even just going outside sometimes) can cause a feeling of anxiety, some people even have panic attacks when in a situation like that. you really just have to try and take your focus away from the odd sensations the best you can and just push on with your daily activitys. whatever you do dont let your dizzyness get in in a habit of remaining solitary, all that this will do is make matters worse, you could develope major social phobias or ocd , its time to just plunge into the world again.
lack of sleep over a long period of time can cause problems like this as well as lack of physical activity, being active is a very important thing, if your feeling dizzy you may not feel like taking a jog is the greatest idea but you can always start out small, like just brisk walking , anything outdorrs to get your heart rate up a little will do the trick. good luck.

Continue to press your doctor's for answers. Have you had scans done on your brain as well?
I'd also look at your diet. Are you eating enough? and eating healthy? I know for some individuals stress can cause them to not pay attention to what they eat.
Definitely continue to visit your doctor until you feel better and/or get an answer.

Don't ask me I never do housework if I can help it. Only when the spiders complain about the dust do I get the hoover and the Pledge spray out.
