Past or present! My mother called us bone head or yell at us "do i need to put a hook in your a s s so you'll close the door".

My mom called my little brother Bonehead,too (he had no hair so he looked like one....he wears a hat now ) and I was Fathead but I have no idea why....my head was big but not all that fat. When she was REALLY mad she would call me by my brother's name. She used to say" Kiss my foot "a lot but WE knew what she really meant. And no matter what woe befell us,she told us to "fight our own battles". We knew she loved us but just had these cute little quirks so it didn't warp us too badly. She also used to threaten to send me back to the orphanage where she got me ( I wasn't adopted so this always made me laugh ). She used this even after I became an adult,and claimed to have "found" my real mother but she didn't want me back. Oh, Mom! Good times!! Miss ya!!!

Well, I've got something in common with David P. My poor mother would open the door and yell,"San, Nan, Bill, HELEN...get in here:)

I didn't pay much attention to my parents. So they didn't really have any particualr phrases. Most of the ones they used where when they where angry so I didn't hear them clearly.

My mom used to tell me she loved me but she was so mad she couldn't even look at me. or I love you but I don't like you very much right now.
I always ask my son if he's lost his mind.

Well, In 38 years I don't think my mother has ever gotten my name right the first time...
It was always "Damn it Buzz.... Steven... DAVID!
You would think she would remember, shje named me.

those were pretty good my mother only called me by my middle name when she was mad
but she often said i didn't know my *** from a whole in the ground

ME AND MY SISTER USED TO SHARE A BED ROOM AND WE WOULD TALK ALL NIGHT DAD WOULD CALL US CHATTY CATHY'S AND HANG HIS BELT ON THE KNOB TO THE DOOR TELLING US "IF I COME IN HERE ONE MORE TIME" HE WOULD ALWAYS HAVE TO COME BACK IN BUT WE LEARNED TO WATCH FOR THE SHADOW COMING DOWN THE HALL WAY WALL .LOL
