eat thigh instead because my diet has alot of chicken breast in it and i really cant stand it. I dont mind the thigh however. I realise it has more calories but I cant tolerate breast.

Take the skin off the thigh and grill it. It is a bit more fattening but at least you will like the taste and its not so bland like breast. Well, breast thigh whatever just remember a moment on the lips is forever on the hips!!!!! Good luck with your diet!

You can do that or you can try these options.

1. Flavor your chicken with Marinara sauce, picante sauce, or fat free Italian dressing. It doesn't add many calories and it helps. I don't like chicken either.

2. Try turkey instead. Turkey breast has a lot of protein and tastes better than chicken, in my opinion anyway.

It would depend on the diet. If the diet is to control caloric intake, your best judgment should be the controlling factor. To reduce the caloric and fat content of the thigh portion, skin them before eating.

i say you should cook it differently and not stick to the same menu.
as for the thigh, sure it is more caloric but try to diminish the portion you eat

if you make it on the gorge formans grill you tenderize it and cover it with mayonnaise for 11 minutes it Delicious you might like that
