Graveyard is Seaton Hirst and St John, Ashington, Northumberland. Wansbeck Council website have no mention of contacts.

Contact the council by phone - there should be a department that has responsibility for the graveyards. They'll give you the number of the person who is in charge of it, and they should have a record of exactly where the grave you are looking for is. I found a grave that way - I don't think it's considered a confidential matter so I doubt whether you need to get anyone's permission.

go to the council office, they should know who runs/looks after that side of the cemetery.
That person will have a map of every plot and who it belongs to/is in it.
