yes... if you are saved!
your salvation doesn't depend on your dying for Jesus, but rather, what he did for you.

I have seen many christians who pose this question, and I think that it is natural to be afraid of that kind of fate, I dont believe that God expects that of us, though it would be a noble thing to do. A lot of christians out of their insecurities feel that they would only be a "real" christian if they did something extreme like that. The worst thing you can do is be concerned with what type of christian you are, or how good of a christian you are. Because the minute you are a good christian, you become a bad one! Beware of "great" christians. They often are that way because they desperately need a crutch to compensate for their insecurities. Try to relax, enjoy life, love others, dont be obessesed with trying to make yourself a good christian. If christ is in you, you will naturally be moved to live your life in a way that honors him. Just take things a day at a time. If it is his will for you to actually die for him, I doubt it will happen tomorrow!!! He would prepare you if he wanted something like that for you, and even then, you have a choice. But remember, to answer your question more specifically, there is nothing in the Bible to indicate that this would be a requirement to go to heaven. The requirement is faith, and faith with certainty is not faith at all. Let go!

The fear will not keep you out, and the courage will not let you in. However, you would be surprised at the courage God can give you during the actual circumstances, even though you cannot imagine having that courage right now.
Peter was able to go to heaven even though he denied Jesus three times. David was able to go to heaven even though he had a man killed and slept with the man's wife and later married her. It is not what we do or do not do that gets us into heaven, but what Jesus did on the cross to pay for all of our sins.

There is nothing wrong with having a feeling of fear, but what is wrong is to deny your beliefs to protect your "life". I can say this quite confidently (and I'm sure to get a lot of crap about it) but I truly believe that if you will not stand up for your faith in a time like that you never really had faith in God to begin with. We will be tested like that and are every day and Jesus said "If you deny me before man, I will deny you before my Father" If Jesus denies you, you will not make it into heaven because he is the way the truth and the life. And remember PERFECT LOVE DRIVES OUT ALL FEAR

There is not heaven and hell. Everything is based on the communication between God and people. If you are a real Christian you will know that the ones that trully believe do not have to be afraid of silly things such as death.

There's only "ONE" who decides who goes to heaven. The rest of us can't answer your question correctly.

Yes. Fear would be/is normal, but it is in the conquering of that fear, that brings us closer to God.

According to Jesus "He that tries to save his life will lose it, but he who loses his life, for my sake, will save it."
