Want could stop me from falling or becoming a 'wuss' in a sense to a women like what happen with my ex, but i'm now with a new pantner and going ok but just wondering. 19 years of age by the way, ex was 21 new girl is 18 so would age be of some reason why it was hard with the last girl?

Maybe the last girl just had a stronger personality than you. If you do nice things for your girlfriend, it does not mean you are being a wuss. Some people have overbearing personality's which might make you look like the weaker one.
As long as you treat your girlfriend good, and there is comprise from both of you, there should not be a problem.
