You must have accepted Himd as your personal God and Saviour. You must build a relationship with Him. Talk to Him all day, know Him in everything you do, ask His guidance in everything. You must be born again (Read John 3). So actually it is VERY simple. Your sins are forgiven by Grace only. Be honest and sincere with him and yourself. Repent your sins. Accept His forgiveness. There is really nothing you can do to be certain you will go to heaven. If your relationship with Him are healthy, Then you will KNOW without doubt that you are saved.
While you are still wondering that tells me your relationship in not healthy. Please go see your nearest priest and let him help you.

Ah, faith the size of a mustard Seed. That's all you need to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

The faith of a mustard seed...

You must belive that JESUS CHRIST was crucified, burried, and resurected for your sins, so that you may believe, repent and be baptised, or "reborn" again, and live a Christian life.

If you dont believe that JESUS CHRIST is your personal Saviour, and HE took the sins of the World upon HIM, and that HE is the only way to Heaven, then you are not going to make it.

I wish you well..

depends upon what your Religious Belief System requires you to do. there are many different paths to get to where you want to go. one can walk, ride a bike, take an airplane, train, bus etc. etc. and still arrive at their destination. getting to the destination is the most important thing not how one arrives.

Mathew 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this [is] the first commandment.
12:31 And the second [is] like, [namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
