Blood group O individuals do not have either A or B antigens on the surface of their RBCs, but their blood serum contains IgM antibodies against both A and B antigens. Therefore, a group O individual can only receive blood from a group O individual, but they can donate blood to individuals of any ABO blood group. That makes it as a universal donor.

Blood group A individuals have the A antigen on the surface of their RBCs, and blood serum containing IgM antibodies against the B antigen. Therefore, a group A individual can only receive blood from individuals of groups A or O (with A being preferable), and can donate blood to individuals of groups A or AB.

Individuals either have, or do not have, the Rhesus factor (or Rh D antigen) on the surface of their red blood cells. This can be indicated with a plus (+) or minus (−) suffix after the ABO blood type. As in what you are asking about O+ and A+. Both have + symbol which indicate that they are Rh D Positive.

i really am not sure what it is that you require, but I'll tell you what i know.
One has O blood group when you have no antigens in your blood.i.e a and b which is present in A and B blood groups respectively are absent.
+ means you have Rhesus antigen present on your blood cells. O blood group is universal donor because of the absence of the antigen. but it has antibodies a and b, hence it cannot receive blood from any other source other than O.
A+ means you have antigen a and antibody b and you are Rhesus positive.

hope this helps!

Type O is called the universal donor, as it is generally compatible with all other blood types. Reactions can occur, however.
Type AB is called the universal recipient, because people with type AB blood can receive type O, Type A, or Type B blood

O is positive, and A is positive, and I am positive you need to study for your tests on the weekend rather than play on the computer. Now get your butt dressed for school, and eat a muffin before leaving.
