A cupper board contains slices of cupper connected togther or isolated from each other in order to connect devices togther (Resistances , Capacitances , IC's , ... ) in a desired form ..

A PCB is a Printed Circuit Board. It is basically the initial board before a piece of electronics is made. It has the capacities and solder points printed on it, hence the name. An example would be a mother board before it had components attached.
