Don't endure this! If you don't already have kids with her then leave her and inform her that she should go to counseling to stop being so aggressive. If you do have kids then ask her to go to counseling, for the sake of the whole family. Maybe she had bad experiences and a therapist could help her be in peace with herself which could help her express her anger differently such as talking about her emotions. Talk to her about your emotions, don't point fingers, just say how you feel. Be sure to avoid if possible situations that makes her violent this way.

Leave her. Once a person has gotten used to getting violent with you, they usually don't stop. Make sure she can't find you so hide out somewhere for a while until the divorce is final. I also think you should report it to the police. You're worth a better spouse than one who hits you. I don't think getting violent with her is the answer for the violence will only increase. Good luck dear.

How often does this happen??? She obviously needs help! I would tell her to seek counseling and if she refuses, you need to give her an ultimatum, if she doesn't go, you will leave her. Go stay with a friend or a family member if she doesn't take you seriously. A few days alone might scare her into getting help. This is if there are no kids involved. Consider a restraining order if you leave and she flips out. Good luck!

your wife needs counselling, you need to be strong and tell her that what she is doing is called Domestic Violence and it is a criminal offence, no one has the right to take the anger out on another person.
She needs help but also needs to know that you (if you want to that is ) will stand by her, tell her that you love her but just not the behaviour.
Domestic Violence is a serious thing and can result in death if the help is not sort.

First u can speak to her about it. If that does not help, u can call the cops, I know it may seem demeaning. u need to do something that is not illegal. If u hit her she can call the cops, so can u.
