evening I've found it with the tape compartment raised up but the little door didn't open up so the tape is stuck in. It doesn't do anything now apart from being able to switch on and I cannot make the compartment going back to its normal position. Any ideas? I'd be very grateful and thank you very much in advance!

I think you need to take it in to a repair center. Only use authorized repair centers, they will tell you if it is covered by warranty if they are an honest repair center.
