No one because Celtic did not reach the Final that year.
The previous they won in Lisbon and 3 years later were in the 1970 in Milan's San Siro Stadium. This time however they were losers, Feyernoord Rotterdam winning theirs and Holland's first trophy.

Celtic lost 3-2 on aggregate in the 1st round to dynamo kiev in 1968 they lost 2-1 at home and drew 1-1 away. Ironacally back in them days the holders didnt come into the tournament till the 2nd round but the Albanian champoins pulled out and thats the only reason why Celtic were even playing in the round. They lost the 1970 European cup final against feyenoord in Milan 2-1 after extra-time

Trick question. Celtic were the first british team to win the trophey in 1967. followed by Man U in 1968. Celtic made the final again in 1970 but were beaten by feyenoord. These are the only 2 times Celtic made the final
