Step aerobics is one of the best workouts for cadio fitness you can do. The higher you pile the steps, the harder your heart works. But remember to start out at the base level and work your way up.

If your on your own then swimming is great as a low impact exercise, but ultimately running is the best since you work most muscles in the body.
If you want to do a sport then try squash - I have only played a few times and it is a tough workout!

That depends on your body and what you are looking for.
1. The best one is a mixture of all. It will keep your body guessing and give you more results. Do something different every day.
2. The best one is also the one you like and will stick with. If you are not motivated to do it, it will not work for long.
Be Blessed.

Running I guess is the easiest to get on and do, but swimming is best. It does impact on your knees and works out the whole body whilst being supported by the water. Be careful of swimming pool diseases and infections though. The best way to avoid athletes foot, is to pee on your toes, before you shower!

a good solid walk for at least an hour every day . invest in a good pedometer ; it'll give you anything from your heart rate to calories you burn off during this course , as well as showing you how many steps you've taken as well as how many kilometres you have gone --- don't push yourself if you are overweight , or not used to walking far --- best to get the all clear from your GP before you set out --- but when you do get into it , it'll change your life forever --- so long as you don't give up ! good luck .

Hot yoga does it all, cardio, strength work and realigns your spine and all major joints. Complete detox too. Bikram is one of the best.
