I would like to add to the reply I left with your other question: time is our most precious and sought after commodity - leisure time does not exist in terms of 'after completing all the necessities of life' but rather an opportunity to complete all the ones you WANT to do - the time used prior to leisure time is effectively a 'duty' time - where you complete life's necessities for other people/reasons - go to school, go to work, go shopping, wash the car, take the kids swimming .....
