I am asking this because, the other continent which are well to do are not showing intrest in solving the conflit continent.

because to some people.... war is a business. a conflict to settle, to sell and make use of guns, inventions etc... to prove a point, to fight for what they believe or for whatever reason they would like or to some for no reason at all!!!

However, we recognize that in this world, government leaders sometimes send military troops to war to defend their nations and ideals.

I wouldn't call it confusion as much as disagreement. I have no idea which "other continent which are well to do" you are referring to. Most countries do the best they can with the tools and money they have. Poorer ppl's are merely maintaining a low profile and, I'm sure, have a fervent hope nothing happens to them.

Where are you from? Have you ever thought that the confusion is all in the media? There are no more troubles today than most any other time in history. We just have more people clamoring their opinions at us. The only ones confused are the media and those that give the media any credibility.
