That is actually a pretty complicated question. You'd probably first want to find out why you don't love yourself and deal with those issues. I would suggest going to your local book store and checking out the self help section. There are many books on this subject which may help you.

By giving of yourself and putting others first, then you can really love yourself. Love is being unselfish to others.

great! alot of ppl incl. myself realise only recently that we can't force others to love us but only we could love ourselves. we could do that by focusing ourselves on life priorities and attend to those whom we may neglect, such as our family and friends. u will feel the love soon. cheers!
