My husband had kidney stones over the weekend, he was getting sick in the bathroom and I was trying to talk him into going to the emergency room. I had healing bible scriptures sitting on my ironing board, they flew from the ironing board to the floor in the bathroom door way. I read him the scriptures and then some of the book of Psalms. A short while later I layed my hands on his back and prayed that God that He would take that kidney stone and crush it in his hands...at the moment those words left my lips the pain was gone. It was so amazing. I want to hear about other people's experiences.

Sister, Thank you for giving God the glory, I know of many people that have been healed. Here is 2 real life events, that I know for sure, Because I was told this by the people that it happen to, These 2 people was in a bad car wreck, causing many broken bones. One was a man & the doctor was going to do surgery the next day to try to pin his bones back together, that night he prayed, & the next morning the doctor came in, & this man told the doctor that he felt all his bones go back into place over night, so the doctor done one last x-rays, & The doctor could NOT find any broken bones, How do I know, Because I knew the man personally, & also I knew this young girl that was hit by a car, breaking almost every bone in her body, The doctor did not give much hope, so they knew of a man That prayed for the sick, His name was William Branham, they went & brought him to the hospital, & instantly this young lady bones begin to pop & go back into place & as of today she is still healed. Of course it was Not William Branham that healed her, It was GOD, God only used that vessel of that minister to pray for her. These 2 people, I know personally. God gets all the glory. Now I know what many people may think, That's OK, you did not know these people, I did.

I dont neccesarily discount healings, as I believe they exist.
However, I have been a direct or indirect witness to fake healings by some of our most popular.
This is not a statement that they are fake, but that they have done fake healings.
Richard Roberts - I was backstage, when a person was healed of a disease they never had. Was actually part of the tech behind the scenes of it then (as a student only).
Another was able to walk, though had been faking it for months.
Tilton - fake in that he actually blesss the studio kitchen fountain
sink and cloths from walmart. None of which was from Jordan has he has stated.
Others also, but dont have specific names (too many years ago)
I personally consider ORAL ROBERTS to be fake (no proof) soley on the 900ft jesus telling him Tulsa needed a religiously based hospital.
But I love ORU - is a good college (though almost too expensive to be worth it). BTw, they are not the only religiously based college around here.
Not even likely, since we already have two religiously oriented hospitals who will go the religious route on your medical treatment if you ask for it.
No GOD would have told him to build a hospital were it wasnt even needed or wanted.

My grandmother was told that she was going to die from Breast Cancer after 6 months of treatment, they said it was to advanced and she only had a month left. She decided to stop treatments because she just could no longer handle the impact it had on her body. After a month, she went to the doctors to see what they had to say. The doctors did the test, and said all the cancer that had ingulfed a huge percentage of her body was gone. She has been cancer free ever since. It was a true miracle. God is amazing sometimes.

A woman at our church was healed of cancer after Dr.s gave her up for dead a year before.
I was healed 8 years ago from addiction that took over my life for 25 years.
God is great !
We are worth a Son to God.

they took the sugar pill of faith and convinced themselves they were healed
2 weeks later they were sick again, so they said it was a new sickness
turns out it was chronic and this person was needy, and liked the ride
they told themselves they were healed and wanted to be so bad
but didn't eat right or fix real problem of why sick
Alan Alda did a great show in Scientific Frontier about sugar pills or psuedo pills that had 63% healing rate while actual prescribed medicine had 25% success rate
the old docs had their fancy color wonder pill that they prescribed, people paid top dollar for and most of the time the people healed themself with hope or the body naturally healed itself

my mother had a stroke 4 weeks ago which left her paralysed in both legs ...
the doctors said she would take years to recover due to the nature of her stroke ( if she was ever to recover at all )
we have been praying for mum .. i have been giving her healing directly
she is walking unaided now without help and although is a little slow and unsteady .. the doctors cant understand why she is walking at all

A friend of mine had cancer. She was getting ready to go in for chemo and we all had been praying for God to intervene before it started. A couple of days before her chemo was suppose to start she told her doctor he wanted him to check to see if she still had cancer. Her faith in the Lord is very strong. He proceeded to do this and he did not find any cancer. He was baffled. My friend starting praising God right then and there.
He checked her again in one month, it was still gone. Then again in 3 months, again no sign of cancer. The doctor again checked at 6 months, 9 months, 1 year later and still not a trace of cancer.
God is truly amazing.

yes my now 11 yr. old was born with a huge hump on her back and her foot was turned inward 2 where she could not even sit up I took her 2 a church they laid hands on her next day she was healed.

Wonderful. You layed hands on the sick and he recovered. My knees were really bad, joint deterioration. They were healed and don't give me trouble.

not that instantaneous but had a brain operation several years ago and fully recovered without any ill effects except for a minor physical disability.
