Within 2 months is not only difficult but also not recommended. You can tell that you're losing too much weight too quickly because your'e feeling weak and lethargic. The best way to lose weight steadily and then keep it off is to eat a balanced diet, take in less calories than before, exercise from 20 - 60 minutes daily and drink lots of water. A slow and steady weight loss regimen will work otherwise quick weight loss schemes will spoil your health, sap your skin, drain your energy, give you lots of lovely stretch marks and mess up your periods if you're a girl. I wouldn't recommed it.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

It does sound like you are not going about it the right way. Something needs to change. Don't get overly concerned about your weight. Think more about being healthy and looking good.
Burn more calories than you eat.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it). It helps you break down your food.
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning).
Do 20 min of weight training three times a week.
I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I never felt weak. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%
I hope this helps. Be Blessed

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Its normal to lose fast the first week or two, but this is too much. 1 to 2 pounds a week id healthy weight loss. Try Weight Watchers, its an amazing program, you pick what you eat. You can choose good food and actually eat alot and still loose.

Keep an accurate calorie and exercise diary. Figure out what your calorie intake should be so that you are losing between one and two pounds per week.
Remember, your overall goal here is not merely to lose weight. More importantly, it is to develop healthier eating and exercise habits, so that you can keep the weight off!
