If you mean that he is a time traveller, I don't think so. His predictions about an american civil war hasn't come true. I do believe there is a very knowledgable individual behind John Titor - the sketches he made of the time machine. I do think it could be a publicity stunt as a book "John Titor A time traveler's tale" by John Titor was published in 2003.

john titor exists in fiction. albert's einstein theory of relativity must be carefully analyzed. what object travels more than the speed of light? the light itself. perhaps if john titor is a light, he exist.
the only way to see the future is through dreams and visions... and to travel past is trough memories. ;p

Reading a couple of websites (glancing to be exact), I dont think we have yet to discover time travelling. If he really does exist, then I think he is very dillusional.

impossible to say for certain. the thing about time travel is that if it is invented in the future (we already know how but are incapable of shaping black hole yet! ) then we cant disprove time travellers who come from the future. his story is convincing but i cant believe it until his predictions happen
