Drugs, alcohol, stroke, dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetic reaction. The age of the person should give some major clues.
The person's life could be at stake in any case.
I would let a Dr. / hospital make an immediate,assessment.
Call 911.

several things can cause these problems;
1) stroke
2) diabetic reaction
3) hypoglycemea
4) senial dementia
5) onset of alzhymers
6) a kidney problem causing a back up of bodily toxins
7) use of the wrong narcotics / huffing, ect.
8) a brain anurisum
9) a brain tumor causing pressure on the cortex
10) cancer of the brain
in any case early detection can possibly limit or reverse the symptoms, so see a doctor quick.

For me I get all those syptoms when I get a migrane!! People ring me and ask me things and I will not remember at all, my speech slurs as if I had had a stroke.

Diabetics feel like like that during a hypoglycemic attack (low blood sugar), could also be tierdness, or other illness, always worth talking to your GP.

Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can. Check out www.hufa.org - the symptoms link, for other symptoms that it can cause too.
Diabetes, if uncontrolled, may be able to produce these symptoms too.
