The guy that I have been in a long distance relationship is seeing his ex girlfriend. His ex girlfriend and I both live in the same town. The way that I found out was through my myspace account. He had deleted my comments, listed himself as in a relationship, and wrote a blog about her loving him unconditionally in spite of all of his faults. Should I call her and let her know that we both have been played, should I list him on dontdatehimgirl.com, or should I just leave the whole situation alone. I would want someone to tell me that the guy that I was with for 4 years cheated on me. What should I do?

If I were to tell her, it wouldn't be out of spite. It would just be one girl looking out for another

He has cheated on her in the past. She now believes that he has changed but I know better. I am either going to tell her this morning. This is difficult because she knows nothing about me, so I have no reason to end their relationship. But I also feel that she should already know what type of man he is.

I would tell the other girl too. Its not about revenge (though that certainly might be considered a side bonus if you are feeling vindictive), its about not letting someone else fall victim to someone deliberately misleading them.
However, I would advise you to keep your cool when you talk to her, and just make the whole conversation a " just want to give you some fair warning," and don't make it a rant. She might be in love with him and take his side, at which point she becomes argumentative and aggressive. If that happens, just coolly end the conversation there and walk away.
As for posting him on the website, that's up to you. The difference between telling the other girl and listing him on a site is that at least with the girl, you might be able to offer some facts that she would know you would have to be telling the truth about; on the website its just your word with no evidence that anyone would necessarily believe.
Good luck.

I'm a guy but, after giving four years to a relationship to find out what you found out, I'd be vindictive and do the listing.

Just don't have any more to do with him. He isn't worth the time and effort. The other girl will find out. Let it go!

I know you're hurt bre but maybe it would be best if you just moved on. Is it worth all the trouble of being vengeful?

I think you should brace yourself for anything rude she might have to say...but i say definitely tell her, she deserves to know.
Then leave the situation...
