Nothing on the equipment, but the physical effects of altitude mean that military personnel find it harder to carry.

What specific equipment do you mean? It'll have the same effect on ground vehicles that it does on civilian rigs. The lower oxygen makes em run hotter, and slow/sluggish. Same with aircraft. Helicoptors will have greatly reduced lift. Generally, the higher up, the less a Helo can carry. If ya mean people. Same thing. Headache, nausea, dizziness, short breath, low stamina, et al. Physical conditining, and aclimitization will help, but not eliminate these factors. Mountainous terrain will necessitate certain equipment. Ie: Rope ladders, pitons, climbing ropes, etc.

Some especially heavy military equipment, old-time mountain artillery for instance, was made to be easily taken apart and re-assembled. This made the transporting much easier. With the advent of ginormous helicopters, the disassembling and re-assembly of such heavy equipment is no longer necessary.

Early in WWII, when high-altitude aircraft were developed, there were many problems keeping air crews warm and oxygenated.
There were electrical problems caused by arcing from one wire to another.

High altitude is much more likely to affect people than modern equipment.
There have been instances of soldiers who were born with sickle cell trait, whose cells sickled at high altitudes.

High alti definetely affects all kinds of eqpt in different ways and magnitudes. All metal parts become brittle in extreme cold and therefore are more prone to breakage. Engines, motors and compressers are extremely difficult to start due to rarified atmospheric conditions and due to the extreme climate. Batteries only have 1/3 their life. All this out of personal experience!
