I want to die,i thought jesus will help me,but now i don't believe in GOD ?

Question

I am a divorced mother(40 yr old) and because of my one fault,now i wish to suicide.
I believe in GOD, but now i don't.

Can anyone help me ?

Are you sure that christianity is not spoiled and the bible is not corrupted by some people in the past...
Try to read about how muslims believe in jewism and christianity in the pure way...

About believing in God Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!

Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!

Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?

My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:

Do you know how to play safe?
Your point:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...

Believer's point:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...

Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

My dear one,
I understand how you feel, one of the first things you said is that you are divorced, so was I after 20 years. My ex took all my young and healthy life and left me. I was devastated for many years, didn't know what to do. When he left we lost our home I had to quit my job and the church we attending for 17years had pretty much abandoned me. I had to move back home with my mom in a different city, no $$, no car, no job, no life!! Then disaster hit I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, still no job and no insurances. I had my surgery & thought I was on my way to recovery. Then met the man I would marry, 6 months later another tumor, this surgery was much worse, but thought they got it, 3mo after that another surgery!, 2mo after that my mom died. My life has been in turmoil for quite awhile and I have not even told you everything. SUICIDE is not an option!!. I know when things get hard we think God has forsaken us, but he hasn', we just need to listen harder to him. Remember He will NEVER leave us or forsake us. All of this really did happen to me, nothing was made up. Now I'm married we bought a new home and even though I still suffer with problems from the tumors, Im still here asking the Lord everyday to strenghten,guide and help me daily. I'll pray for you,

Hey terri, I wouldn't tell you that life is beautiful or that suicide doesn't help or makes other people grieve or some such thing that people say. Whatever it was probably bothered you a lot and you probably don't know whom to talk to at this moment. But believe this, you'll get through this if you give it time.
I bet you are very miserable right now; And I hope you wouldn't want to make your kid all that lonely too by leaving him to this world alone.
You might not even have God to turn to right now, but your kid's got you to protect him. Don't leave him.

About God, stop trying to find Him; He'll find you. And when he does, you'll be pleasantly surprised to know that He was there all along, you just never noticed.

Give it time. I guarantee that you'll see the miracle you wanted to see.... inside you.

my father committed suicide when i was 16, you have a child or children, please don't. i can attest that nothing hurts more in the world.
but, furthermore, perhaps the belief in God is not the best option for you. maybe you need a different belief... maybe a belief in yourself. i don't want to push anything on you at all, but i went through a period in my life like this and found out about Buddhism and i managed to pull through. perhaps this isn't the best option.
i don't know your situation, nor will i ask, but just remember that pain does not last forever, we do eventually pull through. and being a mother, please don't choose suicide.

you have to be mother and father in the home and give your children as much love as possible
and they will love you with all their heart in return
isnt that worth living for ?
