What did the person who first used the word 'ghost' see?

I don't know where the name "ghost" originated from but I do know that ghosts exist, I'm christian so im not talking about normal people who die and their souls wonder im talking about demons and negative spirits from below, If u believe in God and Angels than u should'nt find it hard to believe in Satan and his Angels.

Where all religious terms originated from: the human imagination. And people invented the term 'ghost', just as they invented the term 'wood'.
