As far as I know TLA/TLE is still paid for up to 10 when PCSing in, this may be extended upon request and approval of the housing office.

I don't know, but my son is in the military and when he had to go to CA they told him that they would reimburse him for his hotel room till they found him a place to live and he has received nothing yet and it has been several months now.

They give you travel pay. I always asked for mine up front cause otherwise it takes forever and sometimes I ended up never getting paid.
