I think of Him as one who loves us so much and yet won't babysit us because of His wisdom( learning by mistakes). And yet when mistakes are turning more and more undesirable results(counter productive) He would make His moves( the coming back of Jesus) to bring back order.

The question: Could it be the tremendous pressure of love and compassion are behind what would finally break His tolerance? Probably God is just holding on to that feelings but like a restive volcanoes it has to go off one day.

Sounds a lot more like the thoughts of a frustrated confused human, than the thoughts of God.

Lets hope that God is not this confused.

Uh-oh, your angry, drunk Father is coming home! He's going to destroy the Earth and all life on it! And then He'll torture, for all Eternity, most of the people. There's only one escape! You must join my cult! We are the One True Faith, all others are False and Paths to Damnation! We are the only Real expression of primate spirituality! Stop being tolerant of your fellow man! They are wicked sinners and must be punished by God's Angry Wrath! Fear God! He is an angry, abusive, torturer!

What happened to infinite patience, calm, etc etc? Oh and you *do* know, on a side note, that being infinitely merciful and infinitely just at the same time is a contradiction?
