-Personally destroy religion

-End world hunger
-Make humans 20x more intelligent since most get brainwashed too easily

On the trivia side I would make bacon GOOD for you.
On the serious side, although there are many things I would "fix" I suppect the following week someone would just unfix. You might assume, as God, you wouldn't make any mistakes but looking around and beliving in God (I assume you do or would not have asked the question) you'd have to ask if I know all the facts why are so many things so screwed up.

if i will become a god for a week, i will not change anything because the world we live in will be always like this.
war is the need to the world,
communication is the need,
all the trouble that we see and forseen it for a good of human kind.
they will a good guy and they will be bad, if we think like that.
if there is no world war do you think that we can explore atomic power?
we think that our world is bad but if you try to understand it, "there is no good or bad".

I'd make all people forget about greed and self-interest and have only compassion for one another. That will be all I will alter and the rest of the good things in the world will follow for all.

I'm not sure if you could fix it without interfering with free will and karmic law. God could fix the world in an instant if he wanted but then humanity couldn't fulfill his great purpose.

I would put the entire world on the metric system and do away with all SAE from cooking to driving. I would make English spelling consistent so that all words are pronounced as they are spelled.

The world is in the condition it is in for a purpose. God knows what He is doing, and He is aware of EVERYTHING that is going on. He allows the good and the bad things to happen for reasons known only to Himself.
