How do you say:When you want it the most yr lost and i cant find my way outwhen yr ready but yr not and i hurt you but NEVER wanted to...im just left with doubts and fears for myself forgive me......

Hard to follow what you mean in English, there's some punctuation missing to make real sense of it. The best I can do is:

Quand tu le veux le plus, tu es perdu, et je ne peux pas retrouver mon chemin. Quand tu seras prêt, mais tu ne l'es pas. Je t'ai blessé, mais je n'a i jamais voulu te faire de mal. Il ne me reste que des doutes et des craintes. Pardonne-moi.

I didn't really follow that (English is my first language) but I think you want something like:

Je sais que pour l'instant t'es pas pret, mais quand tu seras pret, je serai là. Je te jure que j'ai jamais voulu te faire du mal...j'ai peur et je craigne ce qui peut arriver à moi. Je suis desolé, pardonne-moi.
