A guy said earlier he had a problem with our religion, so how can I explain these two things, because I'm afraid these types of thinking might cause Disneyists to commit apostacy. Here:

Why is it when Donald gets out of the shower he wears a towel, but any other time he doesn't wear pants?

Also why do they keep Pluto on a leash when goofy walks on two legs and is free to roam?

PIECE OF CAKE!!!!
here are your answers:
1. the feathers cover his genitalia when he's dry, but when he's wet the feathers shrink so he has to wear a towel
2. because Goofy has adjusted to society rules, while Pluto has been left behind because he did not evolve.

As a Disneyist, you should already be aware of these basic tennents of the faith. I suspect you are an imposter.
But to answer these questions that any mere "kateer" should know ...
1) Donald wears a towel because he doesn't wear a shirt in the shower. His blue sailor shirt is specially designed to hold his, er, privates up and out of the way (he really is hung like a duck). Without the shirt, he NEEDS the towel to stay decent, and everyone knows that a duck is nothing if not proper.

2) Because Pluto is MIckey's dog and Goofy is an alien monster that just resembles a dog. Goofy can speak, though not well, and wears clothing. Pluto walks on all fours and does not speak and so is an animal.

I hope this clears up your heretical confusions.

A towel is a symbol of thy preparedness, so saith the sage Douglas Adams in his work, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Donald Duck is portrayed as possessing a towel to show that he is ready for anything, and a boon companion to have. An' thou dost walk, thou shouldst carry thy towel!

Pluto is yet a beast, while Goofy is the slightly more evolved form. Notice thou, that Goofy is possessed of the gift of language, while Pluto is not. Clearly Goofy hath received the greater blessing of the Vision of Disney.

When getting out of the shower one needs a towel to get dry faster. The question of decency is irrelevant in Donald's case - he doesn't need the towel to hide anything, but for the purely practical reasons just mentioned.

Goofy can talk and walk on two legs - has free will, supposedly can take responsibilities and has many other human characteristics - hence he's not a pet and can't be treated like one.
Pluto can't talk, walks on four legs, less human characteristics, sb else takes responsibility for him - hence, he's a pet and therefore is treated like one.

A towel is for drying, not covering certain parts

Goofy is smarter than Pluto (?)
