Yeah, there goes the neighborhood. Maybe the best course would be to welcome them. Have a BBQ. A roasted pig would be nice. They have never seen a BBQ, so they might really enjoy a delightful repast of pork and cole slaw. Just a thought.

If they are here legally, what is your question? Besides, they can probably afford a better house than you anyway. They get help with that stuff when they come to this country. If it is a quite expensive neighborhood then they must have the funds to live there so I'm sure they have the funds to keep up the lawn that would drop your property prices.

This sounds like pure ignorance to me, but if your questions is serious, the only way your property value will decline is if your new neighbors do not care for their property. I had some muslim neighbors in the US and they were the best neighbors on the block, as they landscaped a previously horrible lawn, and completely refinished their house to make it beautiful. They ended up with the nicest house on the block when they were finished! They also could be counted on to look after my house whenever I wasn't there, and were always nice and friendly.

Every religion, race, nationailty, and gender have good and bad people in them. Your neighbors might be Muslim, but it doesn't mean they are evil people who want to change your neighborhood simply because they share a different religious belief. You should get to know them a bit before you panic.

Hi brain ooze

You're question sounded a bit niave, but then I had a look at the other questions you've asked on your profile. So, now Ive got a picture of where you are coming from.

I think the new muslim neighbours may have made a bad investment decision, when they bought a house in your area.

There's not alot you can do, just keep flying your flag! Preferably blocking out the view of your new neighbours! Just don't let them impose any views on you and don't stand for the council giving them preferential treatment. You shouldn't be forced out, they should be forced back where they came from.

If you move, then the area you move to, more will move in with you.
All i can suggest is to encourage more people you perfer to move intoyour area, Thus! will settle out the area and also decrease the amount of muslims around.

You can sell as soon as possible and count your losses, or stand up for your rights and burn the bastards out. That's what they would do to you.
