The most I've ever got is a stomach ache. Watch out for thrush and cold sores though. Check out her mouth for white stuff and blisters respectively.

Just as a matter of interest.... How the hell did you manage to get your tongue stuck in your girlfriends mouth??

And as for the infections, yeah, some diseases can be passed on through saliva (glandular fever for one). But in all honesty the chances of contracting anything from kissing are pretty low.

How did your Girlfriend manage to trap your tongue in her
mouth ?Was she hungry ? The mind boggles .
And yes you can sometimes get infections .

only if your girl friend is a cat that eats rats then her mouth is surly full of fatal germs so you should worry
