You cant go wrong with a Panasonic Microwave. They are the best out there. They warm food up the fastest. They have the inverter technology which means if you defrost meat and other stuff. What it does is the heat inside changes all the time so everything gets defrosted evenly. All other companys on the defrosting mode only stays at 1 power. Thats why it is hot to the touch and solid frozen in the middle. Hopes this helps
