Hello!! :o) I'm amused [for lack of a better word] by how some people will dismiss as nonsense the idea that there is a God [Someone who created THEM] but are quite comfortable with the idea of being 'creators' themselves. "God only exists if I say He exists!!" OR "Hell only exists if I believe it exists!!" They do - in fact - believe in 'god'. He just happens to be the guy they see in the mirror each day. Truth be told - however - whether or not there is a God or if there is a 'hell' [as many of us take that to mean] has NOTHING TO DO with whether or not WE think God and hell exist. No matter how puffed up a man gets - he can NOT [by his own choosing] create nor destroy God or hell. Both God and hell either exist - or they don't. [Independent of what man thinks]
That said...
A wonderful response - ernest77h.
John 3:16 - I have always believed - sums up what you're saying beautifully. A man either goes to heaven OR he perishes. [Depending upon who he chooses to follow]
Craig!! :o)

For the record, the quote is attributed to the Honest Book of Truth, which may or may not exist. It is however quoted in the Principia Discordia, the holy book of the Discordians, which is not hard to find and is if nothing else a heckuva fun read.

Go ahead and believe it if you like. Guess you will find out one way or another when you die.
Personally, I find too much truth in the Bible and Scientific truths of God's creation to not believe in Hell. The Bible records Jesus talking about Hell more than He did Heaven.

we have millions of non-religious books we need only the bible to lead us in the right direction i think he is looking for a loophole so that he does not have to follow the teachings of the bible that he is lazy and fooling himself that there is no God and that in the end he will be very sorry

Hell exist when we are filled with anger, hatred, greed, etc. Whether a place can be considered as hell or otherwise depends on ourselves. If we see a place as hell, it will be hell to us. If we see it as heaven, it will be heaven to us. And we see hell when we feel angry, hateful, greedy, etc because that's the period of time that we don't feel joyful, happy, etc.

not much.
hell is very real, but it was not made to begin with for people but for the devil and his fallen angels (demons). However, those who do not want their sins forgiven, and want to follow the devil, will end up where he ends up. "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels…And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life." (Matthew 25:41, 46)

There is a lot of evidence that God provides as many forms of heaven as there are believers in it. Someone who hates themselves and believes that they deserve hell will create that heaven/hell for themselves also.
God loves us so much that She gives us what ever we cherish.
Love and blessings
