I want to become pregnant.but I love having twins and boy. would you tell me which food I should eat or what should I do?

You cant really do anything to make yourself have twins or a son.
Its all down to genetics so if you're a twin then it will increase the possibility of you having twins. Or if the father is a twin it will do the same, and it can increase the possibility of you having a son as well.

No one knows what causes twins to occur yet. So right now it's up to chance.

a boy is decided by the father with his sperm

its not in the food that you can choose for a boy or a girl its all in the genes and if in the famliys had them in the past
