1 Kings 18:38
38Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that [was] in the trench.

Note that fire does not consume stones, otherwise ovens and kilns could not work.

My God, Sara, your quote from the Bible doesn't prove anything at all about Hell. It just talks about the Lord accepting the sacrifice that was given to him through the act of consuming the sacrifice itself and everything surrounding it by fire. It says absolutely nothing about Hell Fire or even alluding to it. I myself do not believe in Hell BUT there are references to Hell Fire in the Bible specifically in the parable which Jesus tells about the Rich Man and the beggar Lazarus. When Lazarus dies, Jesus tells us that he is taken up into heaven whereas the rich man who had never shared anything from his table with Lazarus while he was living is cast down into hell when he dies.
By the way, don't pay any attention to George D's answer. He is just one mean hombre with a very nasty tongue.

The fire is everlasting.

Rev.20:7-10 human flesh is consumed by the everlasting fire that rains down from heaven on Gog and Magog, and Satan is thrown into the lake of fire.

No,
Hell Fire does not come directly from God.
Hell Fire Comes from Hell.

Be friends with God, His place is absolutely Heavenly. And it's climate controlled, so i'm told.

God Bless you, ;-)
