festivals as in lots and lots of demo's? I don't know.
Festival to honor martial artist and actors? They used to have one in the LA area every year called DragonFest. Google it and you should find their website. Other than that, check out magazines like Black Belt, Inside Kung Fu etc. They should run ads/promotions for things in and around the country.

The US has Dragonfest and bunch of tournaments every month. China has the World Traditional Wushu Festival at Zhengzhou and will host an world modern wushu competition in Beijing at the same time as the 2008 Olympics.

Oh, u just missed one.
My 15 yr old brother and Grandmaster just went to the World Championships that was held in Texas. It is were EVERYONE goes.
Fighter from all across the world. My brother got the privilege to me many famous and important ppl.
I'm so proud of my bro-He placed 4th in his division-4th in the World Championships!
Our little 8 yr old brown belt went also and took 1st-She is now a World Champion!!
I am only a green belt in our style-Keichu Do Cajun Karate and hope to go someday.

it's not a "festival" per se but in Orlando Florida every spring they hold the U.S. Open, which is one of the largest competitions in the U.S. at the Disney resort.
it's a whole week long event for Demo teams, Forms champions, Sparring , etc.
