two years ago my sister went to Germany and drove it back to England. Is this the cheapest option? It has to be a right hand drive.

Get from Germany ofcourse but before you do have a look on the net or even book it over the net, also may be a good idea to test drive one or two at your local dealerships (alternatively I'd say by it from my bro - who works at BMW)

Definately go to Germany, was comparing prices the other day about that and you'll get your beamer way cheaper!! It can be safely assumed its the cheapest option. Maybe even consider almost new BMWs, they'd be even cheaper again, but then again i guess you wouldn't be as reassured as to the quality you're buying, i know i wouldn't whereas new ones you could be sure. I say go for it

Do you want to buy it? I saw them for lease on the net at £280 per month for 2 years, inc VAT, then you give the car back, that was for the one series.

yeah that would be the best option probaly, but it depends on what series you want aswell, cos you wont get much change from £24k for a new one in the UK
