Does anybody know where i can find a reputable dog breeder in singapore for labrador retrivers or welsh corgi?

In singpore only. please provide phone number or address. if not just try and get me a dog bereeder.

Check this site http://www.skc.org.sg/ and contact the Singapore Kennel Club, ask if there are any breeders for the two breeds you mentioned and if they recommend any specifically. In the U.S. the American Kennel Club usually has a breeders' registry with litter counts, family lines etc. so the SKC should be able to direct you in a good direction. :)
