Qat, is a plant that people fill up one half of their mouth chewing it....

it's of course a drug, but it's a stimulator, it'll keep the person so alerted, and concentrating...

for example if you got an alcoholic, or a drugged, they wont be able to stand in a line or do a job...but get a QATic...:P....and he can work on the highest building for hours with the same energy....

Exactly like you said, they're little green leaves from a some sort of bush I believe that you chew (now swallow) to get a high from.
I've tried it a few times and all that happened was that I got an awful taste in my mouth.
Must be doing something wrong.
