smoosh the blueberries with a bottom of a glass, or just put the blueberries in a blender and puree them. then u will be sure not to lose a drop:)

Are you pressing the blueberries to get the juice for a homebrew? In my experience with my blueberry wheat ale I brewed, I found that buying a can of Blueberry puree from the local hombrew store was much cheaper than buying 7 lbs of blueberries. It will taste just as good too.

you could use muslin,put the blueberries in the muslin over a big dish or jug,then just keep twisting the muslin until the juice runs out ,a bit messy but it works.the other thing I've used is a potato masher then strain the liquid out .

you could put them in a food procesor with a little sugar and lemon juice and roughly pulse, then pour into a sieve and drain the juice this way
