It all depends on how bad this teeth are..Just because he has messed up teeth..doesn't mean he isn't a good kisser..and good at other stuff..

Ya.. That is why when you just ate onion & garlic filled dishes, you will try not to kiss your partner for fear of him grossing out... its the same... But on the dentist thing, please put it to him gently.
