You need to go with your parents to the local police station and tell them what really happened. You need to make sure to tell them about your fear of her punishing you for telling them. Assault, especially when there is permanent damage, is no joke. At the very least they will take her out of school, more than likely she will spend time in a detention center. Also file a restraining order against her. Carry a cellphone and if you do run into her and it looks like she is going to come up to you, call 911. There is no need for you to be that scared and there is no excuse for her getting away with it.

You have the right to not be afraid. You NEED to go to your parents and tell them what really happened. If they do not do something about it then you NEED to go to your guidance counselor and tell him/her what really took place. If that doesn't do the trick then you need to go to the police yourself and tell them what really happened.

Stress to everyone that you are afraid of what she will do to you so that is why you didn't tell what really happened and that you are still in fear of what will happen next.

She is a bully and you have to fight back or she will do it again anyway. Keep in mind the next time she might not stop and you will be dead. Sticking up for someone that is right is not a bad thing and you should not be treated like a punching bag because of it.

You have got to fight back!! It is the only way.

If this story is indeed true, then notify your parents and then the police. Being that she is fourteen, I doubt that she is connected to the mob so you can probably not worry about the witness protection program. Her threats were meant to do exactly what you are doing now, keeping quiet. She is also legally responsible for your medical bills and any hardships you will incur do to your injuries. Most importantly, get this girl now while she is young and can not do any significant damage to people. If nothing happens to her now, then she will get worse as she gets older.

That girl needs a record so if she does it again hen she will have a prior. Trust me, when you sue her parents and they have to pay restitution for pain and suffering, that will be the best revenge.....2nd option...... Tell your parents a little bit of what happened so maybe they will get you into a different school or let some cousins or other family know about this.

Gather some trustworthy witnesses and tell the authorities that you were not in a good mental condition on the day you were beaten. Tell them that's why you couldn't tell what exactly happened. But dear sister make sure you have rock solid witnesses.

Good luck sis.
Wish you'd be get well soon.

Well first off, keep better company.

Secondly, just tell the police. I'm sure even your police force can deal with a 14 year old.

And goodluck and get well soon.

Go to an adult you trust and tell them the truth. Just because you were to afraid to tell the truth initially is understandable.
