In a stretch, Henry Ford knew that if the people that made his cars could not afford to buy them that something was wrong. When the family is taking little care about the schooling and rightness of upbringing of their child, the child will not receive the full support necessary for any education. If you had a home support center that was tax supported, using the good earnest people of that neighborhood
then they would help their lower levels up the ladder to success, and the joy of being part of a progressive society and create a slew of new jobs and good will to boot.

Money should be spent on National health care and housing for the poor. Not personal agendas and harassing the public.
