It's part of celeb culture. It gets them more publicity so they make more money and the kids have a screwed up life as a result.

It is not just celebs that are naming kids with unusual names. Start reading peoples name tags at stores and such. Besides an unusual name generally means people will remember your name for a job interview, or neighbor or as a new friend

Celeb Kids have stupid names because of stupid, materialistic celeb parents. They must believe that they must make a big deal about their kids name.

I'm really inclined to agree with you - the sentiment, that is, but....
I can't agree with the term 'Stupid Names' as, to have 'stupid ones' you must, by the same token, be able to have 'Intelligent ones' too
I've yet come across one of those!
