Does anyone know the email address for Willie Walsh, CEO of BA.
I wrote a letter of complaint to him on 19th August & have not had a reply yet.

You will be lucky! Mr W as you may know, comes from Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus was made profitable - in the short term - by cutting back on everything and reducing service levels to such a pisspoor standard that Aer Lingus neally got booted out of the oneworld alliance along with Iberia. It may be that we can expect the same cost cutting at BA. This, for you, means several things. Firstly, no one gets to talk to the Boss. And certainly not boring, insignificant people such as us customers. Secondly that you are much better off with Star Alliance. (Lufthansa, British Midland, Austrian, United et alia) . This is for several reasons none the least of which are that you can actually use any frequent flyer points that you get and secondly their alliance works. The other one worth having, by the way, is Skyteam (Air France, KLM and co.)

I used to work for BA and can tell you that Willie Walsh will not see your letter of complaint.
I do know his email address but he'd probably sue me if I disclosed it.
Much better to phone 0870 8509850 and ask for the contact details for the Executive Assistants' Office - one of them will be most likely be dealing with your letter.

19th August? Should be another couple of months yet, then!
Go to the libary and look it up on the Comapnies Register.
