I was the one who asked for help only from the 40's and over.....?

Question

The man with the heart problems, who I spoke of earlier; he knows how I feel about him. He's in his 40's, and I'm in my 40's. This is not about childish or teenage feelings( not that there's anything wrong with that!) He knows about his own risks and his possible allotted time; so do I. I just wanted to give a bit more info on the question. Thank you so much for everyones time!

Your question doesn't say exactly what the situation was (I didn't see your original question), but I can guess.

Are you concerned that he may not have a long life ahead of him? Don't be. Enjoy the time you have together, whether it's a year or three years, or thirty years. A loving relationship is a wonderful thing, even if it only lasts a year. Most of us would call that a long-term relationship, and what's wrong with a long-term loving relationship?

Just resolve to enjoy each day. "Better to have loved and lost" and all that.

Maybe he also has someone he feels deeply about too. It may not be you. I know what you mean when guys give mixed signals. I don't understand it either I think it's an ego guy thing. He still needs you as a friend and it flatters him that you feel this way. It really hurts when someone you care a lot about sees you a different way. Do you ever remember seeing a guy who was goodlooking and attractive but something about this guy didn't make you get all nervous and excited when you saw him; it just didn't click? Well this is what I'm talking about. If you think about in this way it's easier to understand.

he has a lot of time to go you have to give him time to see how he can adjust his life he went throw a lot that heart work takes a lot out of you and makes you do a lot of thinking about life so just give him a little time i had my heart worked on not to cool its like a different life at first so time will be good good luck to you
